Thank you so very much for all your help throughout the bldg process – you were all fantastic – and Dan, you were always so helpful with my many questions. I recommend Belman Homes always when someone tells me they want to build. Thank you for making the process so pleasant and practically pain free! If there was any pain, it was my own doing! The house is just beautiful and everyone loves it – I can’t thank you enough. Also, thank you for the Welcome Basket, what a lovely surprise – Best of luck with your new subdivisions.

Dear Don Belman Homes:
Now that we’ve settled into our new home in Coyote Crossing, my wife
and I would like to take this opportunity to tell you what a pleasant experience we had in building our home with you. The quality craftsmanship and attention to detail is evident throughout the house. In addition, everyone we worked with during the course of the construction process was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

We especially would like to express our gratitude to our expeditor, Jeff Kimecki. As first time homebuilders, Jeff was extremely patient with use and did an outstanding job of keeping us informed during each phase of the construction process. My wife and I often commented that he showed the same attention to detail and overall concern to the construction of our home, as he would if he were building his own. As busy as Jeff was, he never made us feel as if our home was just another “job” but rather made us feel as if it was the most important one he was building. We also enjoyed the personalized “housewarming” gift he left for us on the day of our closing.

Whenever we’re asked how our home construction went, we always comment on what a great experience it was!

Dear Don,
As I look forward to our closing this afternoon, I find myself reflecting on all the highlights throughout our building process. The foundation was dug on Friday April 9th and, looking back, must have been an omen to have fallen on Good Friday. Everything about our building experience has been good, and somehow the words “thank you’ seem to fall far short.

As you know, there are many fine builders in the greater Milwaukee area. Anyone can build a house, but it takes more than just good materials and craftsmanship to build a home. The same holds true for any company…you can build a company with people, however, it takes good people to build a reputation. Your people are the difference between Belman Homes and your competition. Everyone that I came into contact with at your company, Ginny, Dan, Sherri, Todd, Jeff, Terry, Carol, Bill, Eric, and Ricky, were committed to making my building experience a positive one and treated me as if I were the most important customer of Belman Homes. That also holds true for anyone else at your company whose name I couldn’t recall off the top of my heard. It was almost surreal the way that all of your employees, come of whom I had never met, knew my name. Generally, that type of name recognition is only reserved for customers who are either important or a pain in the ass. If given an option, I hope that I was more the former than the latter. I should also point out that each and every one of your subcontractors was easy to work with, and many went well out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied with how the work was performed.

There are two people who were intentionally left off of the list of names in the preceding paragraph: Gary Gulan and David Belman. Both of these gentlemen were exceptional in how they assisted us throughout our building process, and I felt that it was only appropriate to single them out as such. Gary went out of his way both in how he communicated with us and in his job performance. He was responsive to our needs, and whenever Gary said something would get done, that was exactly what happened. He used to refer to me as his “favorite customer.” I’m guessing that every customer is his favorite customer, and I would trust that they are each receiving the same level of service that I did.

David is an exceptional young man. He combines business savvy, knowledge of the industry, engaging personality, and a sense of humor into one very complete package. Possibly the greatest compliment that any one parent could receive is that the apple didn’t fall far from the tree. Let me assure you that truer words have never been spoken with regard to David and his commitment to the customer.

I could have chosen anyone to build my house, but based on my experiences with your company over the past 12 years I wanted to own another Belman home. Though I learned a long time ago to never say never, it is unlikely that I’ll ever build again. It conforms me to know that when either of my children decide to build a home for their families, Dan and David will be there to guide them through the process.

Dean Don,

We have been in our new home for a couple months now and have finally had a chance to drop you a note regarding our experience building with you.

Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both the building process and the final product. We had an excellent experience with Gary Gulan and the whole process did not have any major problems that we weren’t able to solve. Once a problem or concern was identified, Gary worked quickly to resolve it. He was very professional in all our dealings and we appreciated his patience with my many questions, and his flexibility when we seemed to come up with last minute changes or adjustments.

The house has turned out exactly like we envisioned it. We chose you as our builder because you offered the flexibility to adjust your model plans to meet our needs and because of the quality of the Belman homes that we had seen. Our house reflects the quality that we had hoped to see and we have received numerous comments how well everything was done. We have attached a rating for many of the construction components for your information.

We appreciate the experience that we had working with you and all of your staff.

Casey and I went to a Packer party at the Comminity Center this afternoon. It was a joint party for the neighbors. Wanted to say how great we thought the center was! It was our first visit and I want to say thank you to Belman Homes, and Don and Carol.

We just wanted to ell you how useful and enjoyable teh Lifestyle Center will be to our Woodland Hills residents.

Last Sunday we had our first get together in the Center to watch the Green Bay Packers, and also to spend time getting to know each other better. Invitations were sent and phone calls were made to all of the current residents and soon-to-be residents of the development, and over 20 neighbors came, each with a dish to share. A good time was had by all!

The Center is a wonderful place for all residents to socialize, and throughout the coming years, we will be planning various other gatherings so that we can take advantage of the great facilities that are part of our development.
